Our Busy Books have been made with all our beautiful children in mind.
Too often a toddler or child’s focus is lost when pages of books are too busy, becoming a visual overload for some. Our non overly stimulating design, with gentle repetition throughout the book is beneficial for children who have sensory processing difficulties.
Our Busy Books are a great tool for parents and educators, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, helping to consolidate language concepts with not just toddlers, but also young children who may experience learning difficulties.
Repetition of colours, shapes, sizes, emotions, alphabet, numbers and writing skills, through the use of our reusable velco Busy Books, provides parents and educators, with the opportunity to expose or extend a child’s knowledge of these concepts in an interactive and engaging way.
In addition to consolidating language concepts, our Busy Books also provide the opportunity for parents or educators to support children’s receptive language (the ability to understand language, words, phrases and sentences) and the ability to follow directions.
If you have an NDIS package or are working with a plan manager, we can provide you with an invoice for you to provide to NDIS or claim the cost back if you are self managed. Please check with your Plan Manger that our books fall under your plan. Our resources are a great way to use funds flexibly to support kids and families.
