CORINNE PANOZZO

Corinne has been working within the Early Childhood setting for almost 10 years. It started through her passion of allowing children to learn through open ended play but has since grown into a journey of seeing the world through children’s eyes. Corinne has worked across all age brackets from 1 ½ years to 5, spending the last four years working within the kindergarten sector. This led her to expand her studies as she worked through completing her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Primary, with only some placements remaining.

In 2020, Corinne welcomed their first daughter Iliana into the world during the pandemic. Followed by her sister Zylah in 2022. In between Corinne transitioned into teaching 3 year old sessional Kindergarten programs in different parts of Melbourne. Seeing the changes in children’s social and emotional capacities with the impacts of isolations and language barriers, Corinne has shifted her focus to listening to the voice of my children, using their guidance and interests to incorporate intentional teachings and learnings. Corinne has since begun sharing their journey through their Instagram page called www.instagram.com/panozzopetites where ideas, setups and resources are shared whilst connecting with other families in their local community to support home learning.

Corinne is excited to see where 2023 leads her as she venture into completing her degree and exploring the possibilities of returning to part-time teaching within the year.
