Madeline is a social worker and founder of Light Coordination and Therapy Services (LCTS). Madeline has two little boys who keep her very busy.  Madeline’s two little ones have additional needs and access supports through the NDIS so the mum/work life juggle is real!

Madeline runs her own business and has two clinics, and absolutely loves what she does. Madeline has been supporting families for about eight years now.  Her business Light Coordination and Therapy Services is located in Adelaide, South Australia. Light Coordination and Therapy Services (LCTS) provides a home and community-based service to children, young people and their families. They deliver a holistic service while ensuring a child-centred and family-focused approach is utilised. They work closely with a range of different disciplines and professionals and can support families to ensure a ‘team around the child/individual approach is used to achieve the best outcomes possible. They are all about supporting children, young people and their families in the present moment to move forward with their goals while ensuring to celebrate every success, big or small!
