Molly is passionate about supporting children and young people to feel a sense of belonging, connection and safety within different environments. Molly promotes inclusivity and engagement, whilst always striving to maximise opportunities for communication and integration.

Molly has a Bachelor Degree of Education (primary teaching) and has completed a Graduate Certificate of Developmental Trauma.

She has experience working in:

  • Special Education (predominantly supporting students with complex & challenging behaviours within a Special School setting).
  • Hospital School and Learning Centres (specifically supporting children & young people with mental health needs).
  • Mainstream School (previous experience working as a Classroom Teacher, Acting AP and now, currently working as a Student Wellbeing Leader – which she absolutely loves!)
  • Molly is also a Mum to a bubbly 2.5 year-old boy, who has complex health needs and currently accesses a range of therapy supports through NDIS.

Molly is beyond excited to be a part of the Busy Book Panel of Experts and to share her content with you.
