My son has had so many challenges throughout his early development. As a child that suffers dyspraxia … typical learning activities such as writing and drawing has had its challenges for him. We felt typical learning resources held him back academically and also really took a hit in his confidence. Since finding these Busy Books has truly changed his life. He gets so involved, he is so enthusiastic when it comes to learning while not affecting his ability to grip a pencil or struggle with his fine motor skills. This book has been amazing for our homeschooling journey ticking most of the boxes for the NSW curriculum across various subjects. I personally love the fact he is still able to learn without sitting in front of a screen, it’s a time for us to have some quality time together and allowing him to really get hands on with his learning. My son's self confidence has improved dramatically and we look forward to learning each and every day! Thank you for continually creating these amazing resources for children of all abilities! My son Max is 10 years old and has Severe Intellectual Disability, Severe Autism and Global Development Delay. Max is not able to hold a pen or pencil and learning has always been difficult. A friend told me about busy books and I can’t believe how amazing these books are. It makes me so happy to know that people care enough to make these books to help our children learn differently as they can’t learn like others. Max absolutely loves these books and the little answer squares are easy for him to pick up and stick on to the Velcro and Max has very delayed fine motor. These books are helping Max’s fine motor skills and we are so surprised at what Max knows when he is presented with the learning in a different way. These books are by far 100% the best learning tool Max has engaged and learned with yet. Thankyou for creating the perfect product for our special needs children!!!!

Our favorite page is the yoga page but this Busy Book is also packed with so many various activities on the body (external and internal parts) and their functions, senses, left/right, emotions, cause/effect, kindness, time/calendar, weather/seasons and so much more! Like all Busy Books, the pieces are numbered with the page they belong to so even if used for a play extension you can easily put them back. Durable & wipeable!They’re perfect to use at home, in the car or take to cafes/restaurants. Learning through play is always the way!

My little 2.5 year old absolutely loves this book! We have 5 busy books now and my little one uses them almost every day and it’s always a feature when we have other kids over – everyone loves them. This book in particular is great to connect little ones to emotions and their feelings/experiences. Would highly recommend. We don’t do screen time and he isn’t yet in childcare and the books have provided us with more structured learning which is great for him, but also for me!
