Sarah Bolitho is a passionate Occupational Therapist, play advocate and educator with extensive experience supporting children, families and professionals across a wide range of settings. With a deep belief in the developmental power of play, Sarah has spent more than two decades helping families use meaningful everyday interactions to nurture connection, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
Sarah’s approach is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed and strengths-based practice. Her work supports not only the child but also the parents, carers, educators and professionals around them, equipping them with practical tools to create safe, respectful and emotionally responsive learning environments.
As the creator of Let’s Play Together, Sarah brings together her clinical expertise and commitment to accessible, relationship-based support.
